1. Grant of License

The Licensor grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable Personal Use License to access, read, and privately use the Work. This license is granted to one individual only.

2. Permitted Uses

Under this license, the purchaser may:

• Read the Work on their personal devices (up to 3 devices).

• Download and store one private backup copy.

• Highlight, annotate, or take notes for personal study.

• Access the Work worldwide for personal use.

• Print one physical copy for personal reading only.

  • This printed copy must remain in the purchaser’s possession.

  • It may not be shared, gifted, loaned, or distributed.

3. Prohibited Uses

The purchaser may NOT:

• Share, gift, loan, or distribute the digital or printed Work to any other person.

• Upload the Work to any website, cloud drive, social platform, or file-sharing service.

• Print more than one physical copy.

• Use the Work in classrooms, trainings, workshops, salons, or organizational settings.

• Sell, resell, or redistribute the Work in any format.

• Create derivative works, summaries, adaptations, or AI-generated outputs based on the Work.

• Use the Work for commercial, promotional, or institutional purposes.

• Circumvent any digital protections or remove copyright notices.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Work is protected under U.S. and international copyright law. All rights remain with the Licensor. No ownership is transferred through this license.

5. License Revocation

The Licensor may revoke this license if the purchaser violates any term. Upon revocation, the purchaser must delete all digital copies and destroy the printed copy.

6. No Transfer or Assignment

This license is granted to one individual and cannot be transferred, assigned, or shared.

7. No Warranty

The Work is provided “as is.” The Licensor makes no guarantees regarding fitness for a particular purpose.
